About this event
Join [nueBOX] and Jenny Gerena for a Saturday morning dance class. Learn more about the class below:
"This class invites dancers into a holistic movement experience that connects the body, mind, and spirit through dance, creativity, and free expression. Grounded in modern and contemporary dance practices, dancers will be guided through a warm up that prepares the body and mind to explore deeper movement sequences and expressive phrasing. Through movement exploration and short writing reflections, dancers will be encouraged to connect with their inner experiences, awaken their senses, and discover freedom in movement."
