About this event
The scientific method of aligning your body will allow the body to stand and move for better blood flow, for spine and brain health, and for lymphatic health for longevity. Each class will have a progression of exercises that restore your posture. Please bring a hand towel and yoga mat (we have some to borrow if needed).
