Sun City area's Sankofa Medicine Wheel Museum and Art Studio will open interactive exhibits celebrating African and Native American heritage on Saturday, Apr.
18 and Sunday, Apr. 19 at Sevilla Sol Community at 10201 N. 99th Ave from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

BASIS Goodyear students won first place in the junior division at the Arizona Science and Engineering Fair over the weekend. (Emma Billhymer, Colston Duce-Romero, and Charlemagne Rafaei) developed a project using sound-absorbing paint to reduce classroom noise.
🏥 Health
Abrazo West Campus has installed the Mako 4 SmartRobotics system (costing $870,000) to assist with knee and hip replacements and may support shoulder procedures soon.
Hospital officials say the move strengthens advanced orthopedic care in the West Valley.
