➤ Yesterday, April 28, 2026, Chapter President Fred De Werth led a hearing loss support group meeting at noon where participants discussed safety, communication, and home security over a 45-minute brown bag lunch. ➤ ViaWest Group purchased a 53.1-acre parcel on Camelback Road for industrial use in Goodyear and will seek entitlements for build-to-suit projects as demand for distribution space grows in the West Valley (near facilities like Amazon and UPS). Goodyear Independent
