Gas prices in the West Valley dropped four cents to $4.68 a gallon this week after statewide averages fell nine cents to $4.71 and national averages reached $4.31, though AAA said prices remain the highest in four years.
Crude oil also fell $5.21 a barrel amid declining inventories.
