Today, police responded to a shoplifting call near McDowell and Dysart roads and attempted a traffic stop on I-10—two people jumped off the bridge and were hospitalized in critical condition while three others were taken into custody.

Tri Pointe Homes began construction on Phase 2 of Abel Ranch in Goodyear — an $8.75 million project covering 78.5 acres — to create 175 new homes in the Camerano and Navarre neighborhoods.
Four model homes will be finished later in August and sales will start early fall.
