West Valley communities will celebrate the Fourth of July with fireworks, live music, food trucks, and family activities; Avondale, Buckeye, and Goodyear will host events on July 4 while Litchfield Park starts festivities on July 3.
In Goodyear, residents will enjoy a new patriotic drone show at Goodyear Ballpark (1933 S. Ballpark Way) along with tailgate-style fun and free admission.
🎭 Culture
The city of Goodyear is inviting West Valley artists to submit two-dimensional works for its 'Kitchen Creations' exhibit at Georgia T.
Lord Library from August through October plus submissions open Monday June 16 and close Friday June 20. A jury will review entries and notify artists on July 10, and accepted works must be dropped off at City Hall on July 11 with an artist reception on October 22 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
