Lincoln Property Company and Harvard Investments finished the first phase of Goodyear AirPark, a 1.6 million-square-foot complex with six buildings for mid- to large-scale industrial use near Estrella Parkway and MC 85 in the southwest Valley.

The 565-acre master plan will eventually offer about 7 million square feet and now includes plans for a 63-acre retail area—Estrella Gateway, where a QuickTrip Travel Center will begin construction in fourth quarter.

The city of Goodyear today launched Goodyear311—an online tool for reporting issues like graffiti, broken streetlights, and road debris as well as requesting services such as trash container replacements, ADA accommodations, and pool drain authorizations.
