West Valley students will return to class as local school districts kick off the new academic year.
Litchfield Elementary will resume classes on Thursday, July 30 while Avondale and Liberty Elementary will begin on Monday, Aug. 3.
🌲 Environment
Goodyear released its 2025 Water Quality Report which confirms that last year's water met all federal and state standards (after a May 21 notice reported slightly elevated trihalomethanes at two sites).
