Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear earned the American Heart Association’s 2025 Get With The Guidelines Stroke Gold Plus award for meeting stroke care standards – the award shows the hospital's commitment to faster patient recovery.
The facility also received honors for quick stroke treatment and applying advanced care protocols for patients with diabetes.
Native Air 23 now uses the ZOLL AutoPulse NXT to deliver continuous mechanical CPR during emergency flights from its Goodyear base, officials said.
The new device rollout supports better outcomes for more than 600 patients a year and frees up crew members for other treatments + improves flight safety.
