Sculptor, storyteller and performance artist Zarco Guerrero delivered a free program on Thursday at City Hall that explored a 2,000-year water history of the Southwest (organized by P.W.
Litchfield Heritage Center with the city and Arizona Humanities), warning that local water systems have reached a critical turning point.
🎓 Education
Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) partnered with Southwest Gas to offer a natural gas program featuring AIT 112 starting Aug.
24 with Monday night classes from 6 to 8:40 p.m. AIT 113 will begin in Spring to prepare students for career opportunities in pipeline operations.
