A mobile home flipped over at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday on the Loop 303 transition ramp to I-10 in Goodyear—blocking the ramp for about two hours and delaying commuters as investigators have not yet released details of the rollover.

The city of Goodyear is asking artists to paint 8-foot by 8-foot murals at Civic Square Park from Nov.
3 to Nov. 7 to honor military service ahead of a Veterans Day Tribute on Nov. 11 from 5 to 8 p.m. Each chosen artist will receive $1,250 — with $500 paid at the start and $750 after completion — and must apply by Sept. 29.
