- ➤ Olivine Salon in Goodyear celebrates its third anniversary as it grows from a small business with two employees to a thriving establishment with 25 staff members; founder Stephanie Smith will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony and anniversary party on Thursday, Sept. 18 at 10 a.m.—with light snacks, local vendors and raffles planned. - ➤ Scottsdale-based real estate firm Diversified Partners will break ground on a new 7.7 acre retail development in Goodyear later this month at the northeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Yuma Road—its public ceremony is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Sept. 25.
