Lord Library will host International Observe the Moon Night at Goodyear Civic Square Park Stage from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30 for free stargazing with high-powered telescopes and live jazz music—visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets and follow star party etiquette.
