- ➤ Maricopa County and its partners will launch the Fall 2025 Trail Ambassador Volunteer Training Program to train volunteers on guiding visitors, checking trail conditions, and promoting Leave No Trace principles. Volunteers can sign up for sessions (Oct. 26: Usery Mountain Regional Park Visitor Center; Nov. 8: White Tank Mountain Regional Park Visitor Center; Nov. 9: Desert Outdoor Center at Lake Pleasant; Nov. 22: Cave Creek Regional Park Visitor Center) to receive official gear and safety education.
