Goodyear is advancing a $68.3 million Phase II to convert 46 acres of the Recreation Campus into sports fields, pickleball courts, walking paths, and other amenities, with 30% designs reviewed, planned nonpotable irrigation via a 2.9-acre-foot pond, parking options for about 555 spaces, and anticipated completion in winter 2029.
