Local group GATHER will host a daily food drive from Nov.
3 through Nov. 7 at 10300 Estrella Parkway (near North Lake) to help families dealing with delays in federal food assistance during the shutdown. Donations of nonperishable items are accepted from 5 to 7 p.m. each evening to support the Agua Fria Food & Clothing Bank.
